We ship all orders from sunny South Australia via Australia Post (or another trusty carrier).

Where we ship: All over Australia, plus Singapore, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. International shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long it takes: We're currently taking 2-3 business days to make, pack and send your orders on their merry way. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is handed over to Australia Post.

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location. Regional areas may take a little longer.

Tracking your order: Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh your browser until it arrives.

If you’re not home: Your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for safekeeping, unless you’ve told the courier to leave it unattended — in which case it becomes your responsibility the moment it’s dropped.

Delivery costs: Any shipping fees will be shown before you hit that sweet, sweet “checkout” button.

Authority to receive: You’re promising that whoever accepts the delivery at your address is allowed to do so.

Risky business: Once your order hits your doorstep (or safe spot), it’s officially yours. We’re not responsible for any sticky-fingered neighbours or surprise weather events after that point.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window and it’s not due to a delay you agreed to, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.
