These Promotions, Sales & Discount Terms & Conditions (“Sale Terms”) apply to all promotions, sales, discount codes, welcome offers, bundles, gifts with purchase, and limited-time offers run by Salty Vibes™ (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in any promotion or placing an order during a sale, you agree to these Sale Terms in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

 

1. General Sale Conditions

All promotions, sales, and discount offers are subject to availability and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn at any time, unless otherwise stated.

Promotions apply only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied outside of that timeframe.

 

2. Pricing & Retroactive Discounts

All orders are processed at the prices displayed at the time of checkout.

• Promotions and sale pricing are not applied retroactively
• We do not refund the difference if an item is purchased prior to a sale or promotion beginning
• Each order constitutes a separate binding agreement at the price paid at the time of purchase

Any goodwill refunds or adjustments offered are provided at our sole discretion and do not set a precedent for future orders.

 

3. Discount Codes & Stacking

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Only one discount, promotion, or offer may be applied per order
• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or reduced price
• Discount codes do not apply to products that are already discounted, including:
• Sale items
• Bundles or promotional packs
• Subscription pricing
• Gifts with purchase or bonus offers

Welcome or first-order discount codes are valid on full-priced items only, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders where multiple discounts have been applied contrary to these Terms.

 

4. Bundles & Promotional Packs

Bundles and promotional packs are offered at a reduced price and are considered discounted products.

• Additional discount codes cannot be applied to bundles unless explicitly stated
• Bundle contents, pricing, and availability may change without notice
• Bundles are available only while stocks last

 

5. Subscriptions & Sales

Subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum commitment, as outlined in our Subscription Terms & Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Subscription discounts do not stack with sitewide sales or promotional discounts
• Subscriptions may be paused or unavailable during major promotional events
• Sale pricing does not apply to subscription pricing

Where subscriptions are available during a promotion, additional terms may apply and will be clearly disclosed.

 

6. Gifts With Purchase (GWP)

Where a gift with purchase is offered:

• Gifts are available while stocks last
• One gift per order unless stated otherwise
• Gifts cannot be swapped, substituted, or redeemed for cash or store credit
• If a qualifying item is returned or refunded, the gift must also be returned (unused) or its value may be deducted from the refund

7. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds During Sales

Due to increased order volumes during sale periods:

• Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or amended once placed
• Dispatch times may be longer than usual and will be communicated on the website or at checkout
• Refunds and returns are subject to our standard Refund Policy

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.

 

8. Errors & Misuse

While we do our best to ensure pricing and promotions are accurate, errors may occur.

Salty Vibes™ reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing or promotional errors
• Cancel or refuse orders affected by a pricing or system error
• Cancel promotions where misuse, abuse, or technical issues are identified

Where required by law, affected customers will be notified and refunded.

 

9. Availability & Stock

All promotional items are subject to availability.

• Sale stock is limited and available while supplies last
• We do not guarantee restocks of sale items
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or suitable alternative

 

10. Changes to Sale Terms

We may update these Sale Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to promotions run after the updated terms are published.

We recommend checking this page before participating in any promotion.

 

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Sale Terms limits, excludes, or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
