Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to all subscription purchases made through the Salty Vibes™ website. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below in addition to our general Website Terms & Conditions.


1. What Is a Subscription?

A subscription is an agreement to receive selected Salty Vibes™ products on a recurring basis (every 1, 2, or 3 months, depending on your selection) at a discounted subscription price.

Subscriptions are offered as a convenience and a saving for customers who wish to receive ongoing deliveries of their favourite salty goods.


2. Subscription Commencement

A subscription commences immediately at checkout when a customer selects the “Subscribe & Save” option and completes payment.

The order placed at checkout constitutes the first subscription order, even though it may appear similar to a standard one-time purchase.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscriptions include a minimum commitment of two (2) subscription orders at the discounted subscription rate.

  • The initial order placed at checkout counts as the first subscription order

  • The second recurring order fulfils the minimum subscription commitment

This minimum commitment exists because subscription pricing is offered at a reduced rate in exchange for an ongoing purchase agreement.


Cancellations, Pauses & Skips

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled, paused, or skipped until the minimum subscription commitment has been fulfilled.

Once the second subscription order has been fulfilled, customers may cancel, pause, or skip future deliveries at any time via their customer account, provided changes are made before the next scheduled billing date.

Failure to cancel or modify a subscription before billing may result in the next order being processed and charged.


Billing & Payments

Subscription payments are automatically charged to the payment method used at checkout according to the selected delivery frequency.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain current. Failed payments may be retried. Repeated failed payments may result in subscription suspension or cancellation.


Subscriptions, Promotions & Discounts

Subscription pricing is a discounted rate and, unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Subscription discounts do not stack with sitewide sales, promotional offers, welcome discounts, bundles, or other reduced pricing

  • Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription remains active and the minimum commitment is honoured

  • Subscriptions may be paused, restricted, or unavailable during major promotional events or sales

  • Sale pricing does not apply retroactively to subscription orders

Additional promotional terms may apply and will be published separately where relevant.


Refunds & Changes

Once a subscription order has entered processing or has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Subscription orders are otherwise subject to Salty Vibes™’ standard Returns and Refunds Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


8. Changes to Subscriptions or Terms

Salty Vibes™ reserves the right to:

  • Update subscription pricing, products, or availability

  • Modify these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time

Any changes will apply to future subscription orders only and will not impact orders already processed.


9. Customer Responsibility

By entering into a subscription, customers acknowledge that they:

  • Have read and understood these Subscription Terms & Conditions

  • Are aware of the minimum subscription commitment

  • Understand how to manage their subscription through their customer account

Failure to review these terms does not exempt customers from their obligations under the subscription agreement.
