How do reward points work?
The Salty Society™ is open to legends aged 16+ who create an account at saltyvibesco.com.au.
You earn 1 point for every $1 AUD you spend on eligible goodies. Points don’t apply to shipping, taxes, discounts or rogue orders made outside our website.
If you return, refund or cancel an order, those points will be removed from your account.
Points land in your account once your order is fulfilled and payment is confirmed. The points will usually show immediately or within 24–48 hours, depending on how the tech gods are feeling.
When do points expire?
Your points have a 6-month lifespan. If you don’t redeem anything in that time, they'll expire. We’ll give you a heads-up before anything disappears so always make sure you're subscribed to emails.
How can I redeem my rewards?
Your points + rewards are all visible in your account dashboard, ready for redemption whenever your self care era kicks in.
1. Login to your Salty Society™ account and head to your dashboard. That’s where your reward codes live.
2. Choose the reward you want, grab the code, and apply it at checkout.
Rewards can’t be swapped for cash, credit, crystals or anything outside the program. Points have no $$ value and can’t be transferred between other accounts, even if you’re soulmates. One reward code per order please and thank you.
