How Your Salty Goodies Make Their Way to You
We ship all orders from sunny South Australia via Australia Post (or another trusty carrier).
Where we ship: At the moment, we only deliver within Australia. If you’re overseas and desperate for some salty love, slide into our inbox and we’ll see what we can do.
How long it takes: Delivery times can vary depending on where you live and how cooperative your local postie is. We recommend allowing 7–10 business days.
Tracking your order: Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh your browser until it arrives.
If you’re not home: Your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for safekeeping, unless you’ve told the courier to leave it unattended — in which case it becomes your responsibility the moment it’s dropped.
Delivery costs: Any shipping fees will be shown before you hit that sweet, sweet “checkout” button.
Authority to receive: You’re promising that whoever accepts the delivery at your address is allowed to do so.
Risky business: Once your order hits your doorstep (or safe spot), it’s officially yours. We’re not responsible for any sticky-fingered neighbours or surprise weather events after that point.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window and it’s not due to a delay you agreed to, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.
