Refund policy
The “Don’t Like It? Let’s Talk” Bit
We want you to be stoked with your purchase. Here’s the deal:
Change of mind: Please choose carefully — we don’t offer refunds or returns just because you had second thoughts, bought the wrong thing, or your cat didn’t approve.
Australian Consumer Law rights: Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under Australian law. If your item has a major fault (e.g. it’s faulty, unsafe, or not as described), you’re entitled to a refund or replacement. If the issue is minor, we’ll repair or replace it within a reasonable time — if we can’t, you can choose a refund.
How to request a return: Email sarah@saltyvibesco.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
Proof of purchase: We’ll need a receipt or order confirmation to process your claim.
Refund method: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
The fine print: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — we wouldn’t dream of it.
