What we collect: When you buy from us, sign up for an account, join our email list, or otherwise interact with us, we collect personal info like your name, address, email, and payment details.

 

Why we collect it: So we can send you your order, keep you updated about it, improve your salty experience, and (if you opt in) send marketing about products we think you’ll love.

 

Marketing: If you get our emails and decide you’d rather not, you can unsubscribe faster than you can say “magnesium soak.”

 

Who we share it with: Only the good people who help us run our business — like payment processors, delivery services, and tech providers — and only for the purposes above. We don’t sell your info to strangers. Ever.

 

Security: We do our best to protect your personal info, but like any online interaction, we can’t promise it’s 100% hack-proof.

 

Legal stuff: We follow Australian privacy laws and will only disclose your info if required by law or if you’ve given us permission.

Some of our service providers (like Shopify) store data on servers outside Australia, which means your personal information may be transferred overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers comply with Australian privacy standards.
