Royal Adelaide Show 2026 Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Sublime Pty Ltd as trustee for The Galaxy Trust trading as Salty Vibes™ (“Salty Vibes”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By entering the Win the Entire Salty Stash – Royal Adelaide Show 2026 Giveaway (“Competition”), entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Competition Period

The Competition opens at 9:00am ACST on Saturday 5 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on Sunday 13 September 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Salty Vibes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:

Access the Salty Vibes Royal Adelaide Show giveaway entry form via the QR code displayed at the Salty Vibes stand or the relevant Salty Vibes webpage; and
Submit their first name and valid email address via the entry form.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be removed at the Promoter's discretion.

4. Prize

There is one prize to be won.

The winner will receive the Entire Salty Stash, comprising:

1 × Fuck It All Box
1 × each individual Bath Salt Sachet
1 × each Emotional Support Oil Roller
1 × each Bath & Body Oil across all 7 vibes
1 × each Salty Vibes Candle across all 5 available vibes
1 × Magnesium Spray
1 × Magnesium Roller

The prize does not include product bundles, kits or other packaged combinations of products.

The total recommended retail value of the prize is $1,086 AUD at the time the Competition commences.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If a particular product becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

5. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

The draw will take place at:

10:00am ACST on Tuesday 15 September 2026
Port Elliot, South Australia

The first valid entry randomly selected will be the winner.

The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

6. Winner Notification and Publication

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.

Salty Vibes will also email Competition entrants following the draw to announce that the Competition has been drawn.

The winner's result will be published on the Salty Vibes website and remain available for at least seven days, in accordance with applicable South Australian trade promotion requirements.

The winner's surname may be published where required by applicable law.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the winner notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

The winner will be given at least 14 days from the date of notification to claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the required period, Salty Vibes may conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with applicable laws.

Any unclaimed prize draw will be conducted from the remaining valid entries and the replacement winner will be contacted by email and published in the same manner as the original winner.

8. Prize Delivery

Delivery of the prize to an Australian address is included at no cost to the winner.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Salty Vibes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Marketing & Privacy

By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the personal information they provide will be used by Salty Vibes to administer the Competition.

Entrants also consent to receive marketing emails from Salty Vibes, including news, product information, offers and promotions.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in Salty Vibes emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not invalidate an otherwise valid Competition entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Salty Vibes Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy and marketing laws.

10. General

Salty Vibes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry contrary to these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise acts fraudulently or improperly.

If the Competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control, Salty Vibes may modify, suspend or cancel the Competition where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
