DOES Magnesium oil actually help for sleep?
Yep. Magnesium can help regulate your circadian rhythm, reduces night-time restlessness and promotes deep, restorative sleep. Less counting sheep, more shut eye.
Will it feel oily or sticky?
No. Despite the name, magnesium "oil" isn't actually an oil, it's a mineral-rich liquid that absorbs cleanly. It may feel slightly tacky for a minute or two, then dries completely. No greasy sheets, no residue.
Why not just take magnesium tablets?
Tablets work too, we're not here to bag them. Topical magnesium absorbs directly through the skin, bypassing the digestive system entirely. Will it irritate sensitive skin?
